Admin dashboard
Everything a subscription app’s back office needs, under one roof. White label, for any team with a subscription app or SaaS.
Release notes
A subscription app needs more than the app. Someone has to manage its content, send push messages, answer customers, handle tickets and keep an eye on the numbers and the errors. Most teams stitch that together from separate services. We built it all into one dashboard that people who aren’t technical can run, first for MyTurn, and now offer it white label. No separate push service, analytics tool or error tracker to pay for and stitch together.
Added
Content and push, in every language
Edit the app’s content, write push messages and announcements per language, and choose who gets them.
Customer care inside the app
Your customers write from the app, and your team answers them like a chat, from one inbox.
Tickets for the back office
Anything that needs doing becomes a ticket, so the team can follow each one through.
Statistics, analytics and errors
Retention, churn and each subscription’s status, with errors grouped by cause and reopened if they return.
Architecture
The dashboard works through the product’s own backend, which checks the same staff roles again, and its overview reads from a copy of the database.
# stack.yml front_end: React, TypeScript and Mantine api: Types generated from the backend’s contract roles: Owner, support agent, read-only analyst, content editor sign-in: Two-factor, with recovery codes hosting: A container, or static on S3 and CloudFront first_built_for: MyTurn
