Mobile banking
The architecture behind a white-label mobile banking platform, live with banks today.
Release notes
You’ve seen a banking app, and they all look alike. What’s hard is what’s behind one. A software vendor to banks across Europe and beyond asked us to architect its white-label mobile banking. We designed one codebase for iOS and Android, built on the vendor’s own core banking, with modules switched on or off for each bank. Several banks’ apps grew out of it, and they are live today.
Added
One codebase, every bank
One codebase for iOS and Android became each bank’s own app, with its own name and colours.
Modules on or off
Each bank gets the features it offers: modules are switched on or off per bank, without a separate app.
Built on the vendor’s core
The apps run on the vendor’s own core banking system, through one architecture we designed for it.
Architecture
One codebase serves every bank: each bank’s app is the same code with its own name, colours and modules, built for iOS and Android and running on the vendor’s core banking.
